SATURDAY MORNINGS from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m..
(Every year, from November to March)
The program :

1- History of foie gras and goose, knowing how to buy and choose a good foie gras,

2- Preparation, stripping, seasoning, cooking technique and conservation,

3- Personal recipes with Pierre DUBARRY followed by a tasting ,

4- Glass of friendship after which each participant leaves with the 150g jar they have made

We welcome you on Friday evening between 5 p.m. & 7 p.m.

Learn buying and preparing

AT THE "MARCHÉ AU GRAS" OF GIMONT
(Every year, from November to March)

We invite you on Sunday morning at the villa at 9:15 am at the latest for a visit of the market in order to acquire tips and knowledge on how to properly buy your foie gras.

Remember to share your needs in terms of the number of pieces of foie gras and / or duck carcasses.

We will also give you advice on the duck to buy it well, because the success is in the quality.

On purchase you will pay the producer during the market .

Then return to Villa Cahuzac for the preparation workshop, following cooking tips.

You will leave home with your provision of foie gras for the holidays or for an annual reserve.

The duck is cut and vacuum-packed for freezing with good recipes.

Make an annual reserve you and your friends

ON RESERVATION

FOIE GRAS MANUFACTURING minimum 6 pieces (3kg) extra fresh arrival.

Tuesday afternoons from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
(Every year, from November to March)
Purchase according to the daily price :
Extra foie gras, maximum 500g, extra fresh mulard breed

Service : 13€ each

Preparation, stripping, seasoning, shaping of boxes of 200 or 300grs

Vacuum cooking and pasteurization for a conservation of 9 months in the refrigerator or freezing for a conservation of 2 years (no deterioration on fat)
